The estimate is indicative and depends on your photos, measurements and answers. AI can miss or misunderstand room conditions, and photos do not show everything behind walls or beneath floors. LiDAR is a sensor that measures distances. It is available on supported iPhone Pro models. If yours has it, Fixer measures the room while you take photos. If not, Fixer just asks about the size.
Yes. With Visualise you take a photo of your room and describe the look you want. The AI image illustrates an idea, not checked dimensions, specific products or a finished construction plan. In Denmark, Fixer collects the payments from your projects and shows how much of this year’s deduction limit you have used, plus your estimated saving. Fixer never files anything with a tax authority for you; the overview is for guidance.
