Does it cost anything to get started?
Downloading the app and setting up your business is free. You only pay when you unlock a job, and as a new tradesperson you can get up to 10 jobs free.
Is there a subscription?
No. You only pay for the jobs you unlock. You pay with credits, and 1 credit is €7. What a job costs is shown on the job before you buy.
How do I pay?
Credits come out of your balance, or they are gathered on one card payment at the end of the month. Top up and you get 25% extra credits.
How many get the same job?
Three tradespeople at most. Once three have bought it, the job is sold out.
What do I see before I buy?
Photos, AI description, the customer's own words, price range, town and distance. Name, address, phone and email come once you buy.
Where do the jobs come from?
From homeowners who ask for quotes in the Fixer app, and from partner websites. Website jobs have no chat. You contact those customers by phone or email.
Can I get alerts for new jobs?
Yes. You can get a notification when a project matches your trade and area. You can also switch on automatic buying of new jobs from partner websites.
